Do I need to choose a plan now?
Nope, don’t stress! You can sign up for a 7 free trial today and make the big decisions, like whether to choose a monthly or annual subscriptions to the software, later.
Do I need a credit card to sign up for a trial?
We weren’t lying when we said no credit card needed. Unless you choose to sign up for a monthly or annual subscription down the track, we don’t ask for your credit card details.
What happens when my trial ends?
At the end of your trial, we’ll give you the option of signing up for a monthly or annual plan. And don’t worry, if you need more time that’s totally fine. We’ll store your data securely until you’re ready. That means, you’ll be able to pick up wherever you left off.
Do you offer a discount for annual plans?
We offer a 2 month discount if you sign up for an annual plan. That’s a savings of $59.90 Australian Dollars per year, compared to a monthly plan over 12 months.
Are all the features available in the trial version?
They sure are! The trial version offers all the features of a paid account, including regular updates and any new features along the way, so you can explore all the benefits before signing up to a monthly or annual plan.
I use a different CRM. Can I switch to Studio Ninja?
Of course! Changing systems can be daunting but we’ve done a lot of work to make the migration process as easy as possible. You’ll always have the option to finish your existing jobs on your old system, and use Studio Ninja for anything new. Otherwise, we’ll migrate all current and future jobs for you for free, once you’ve subscribed. It’s that easy!
How do I become GDPR compliant?
If you’re located in the EU, you’ll need to update your privacy policy to be compliant with GDPR guidelines and make sure you’ll only be processing the necessary data to complete your contract. The good news is that with just one click, you can enable GDPR features which make it easy to collect and manage any consent required from your clients.
