Hello, Ninjas! We have some big news!
New Servers!
We’ll be switching providers from Amazon to Google Cloud today, 10 July 2018. We’ll be adding new servers in the US, UK, and AU regions, which will help us accommodate the increased load from new users and integrations that our old servers were having issues with.
Good news: Performance increase, especially for users in the US and EU regions. Long page load times are now a thing of the past!
Bad news: We’ll be down for around 3-6 hours during the following times:
8:00pm – 2:00am Melbourne Time (AEST)
3:00am – 9:00am Pacific Time (PT)
10:00am – 4:00pm UK Time (GMT)
The app will be inaccessible during this period, and your clients will not be able to access your contact forms as well. We recommend you to switch to your old contact forms for the meantime, or add an alternate contact method on your website for the duration of the update.
Take note that this will be the last time that the app will be down for any significant period. Any future updates will no longer require a downtime since we’re now working with multiple servers.
What else is included in this update?
- Mobile app:
- Editable payment schedules
- Now you can edit payment schedules on-the-go using the mobile app. No more need to log in to the web app to edit your payment schedules!
