January Studio Ninja Update
Happy new year everyone! We plan on releasing an update tonight so I just wanted to keep you all in the loop with what is going on 
This is what we plan to release tonight:
– You’ll notice a redesigned Job Profile page (right hand side). We did this to make it quicker and easier to use and also in preparation for a new designed Workflow (left hand side).
– Email Integration! If you use Gmail there will be a one click integration. If you use a private email you’ll be able to simply add your SMTP settings and you’re good to go.
– Send receipts automatically when clients pay by Stripe or PayPal. Make sure you go to the Settings > Payment Schedules & Reminders page to update the email template.
– Invoice IDs will now get sent to Stripe for easier reconciliation.
– Main Bug Fixes inc: Quote/Invoice “please add a quantity…” bugs will be fixed. Email Log in Client Profile will be fixed.
– Work on Xero integration and Rounded integration continues.
We really need to focus on Workflows for the next 2-3 months so this is going to take priority over all other feature requests for the time being. Urgent matters will always be resolved, but please be patient and kind to us while we focus on Workflows.
This is the exciting stuff that we will be working on:
– Editable Workflows: allow you to drag ‘n’ drop, edit and delete workflow tasks with each Job.
– You will be able to send auto questionnaires and auto contracts as part of the Workflow automation.
– The Settings > Workflows page will also be redesigned so it’s more logical and easier to use.
– If you update a Workflow on the Settings page you will be able to automatically apply those changes to all your jobs (instead of one at a time which is how it works currently).
– You will be able to add additional shoots to a Job!!
– You will be able to add appointments from within the Job Profile page.
– And finally, you will be able to create Jobs without a Job Date!
